The beautiful region of the Dolomites is worth a trip at any season of the year. The region of the Dolomites contains Alta Badia, Val Gardena, Alta Pusteria, Plan de Corones, Rosengarten, Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi and Valli di Tures e Aurina.

The idyllic position and the indescribable beauty of the valley Alta Badia allows you to relax and forget your worries of the daily routine. The hiking trails and the vie ferrate as for example the “Summer Sellaronda” are worth it to be discovered. In winter, the “Sella Ronda” is a unique skiing area where all winter sport fans get together. Enjoy the hospitality of the ladines, an old folk with its own culture, language and particular relation with the nature.

The valley of Val Gardena is one of the most impressive ski resorts of the whole region of the Alps. Since 1969 each year in December two World Cup races take place: the men’s World Cup Super G and downhill. Another characteristic of Val Gardena are the traditional arts and crafts of wood carving, which are practiced since the 17th century.

The region Alta Pusteria is a destination for a vacation with the whole family. Relax, fun and an amazing landscape are part of this vacation. The choice between cultural, sport and leisure activities offers lots of surprises for big and small. One of the exclusivities of the Alta Pusteria are the nature park Fanes – Sennes – Prag and the nature park Sextner Dolomites.

The vacation region Plan de Corones offers lots of leisure and sport activities. No matter if you choose to hike, climb, go Nordic walking, swim, go horseback riding, or ski, you have the opportunity to experience a lot at Plan de Corones. Nature parks give you the possibility to experience the nature and go for long walks and enjoy the mountains around you.

The fairy tale region of the mountains Rosengarten and Latemar enchant you with spectacular and unforgettable sunsets. The two ski resorts Karersee – Carezza and Ski Center Latemar offer you fun on the slopes as much as you want. A visit to the most famous pilgrimage of South Tyrol, Maria Weißenstein – Pietralba, and to the hoodoos of Steinegg – Collepietra, is worth it. The region Alpe di Siusi – Sciliar is one of the most visited destinations of the Dolomites. Hiking is a real adventure. Numerous trails go along mighty mountain tops, endless meadows and breathing landscape.

The valleys of Tures and Aurina are the home town of the extreme climber Hans Kammerlander. Hike and climb to the top of the 3000 m high mountains, where Kammerlander practiced since he was a little child. Don’t miss the Reinbach falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls of South Tyrol.
