General standard terms & conditions
Information for your booking at Ganischgerhof

  • Binding booking: Your booking becomes binding after your written booking (electronic reservation request) and our electronically transmitted written confirmation
  • Payment/deposit: The invoice must be paid on departure. We reserve the right to request a deposit of min. 400 € per room and max. 30% of the total price for each binding booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer to our bank account.
  • Payment Methods: We accept EC cards, Visa, MasterCard and advance payment by bank transfer.

  • Rates: All rates are per room and day in double occupancy including breakfast or Ganis 3/4 Board Plus+, all taxes and charges (BB / ¾ Plus+), excluding the tourist (2,50 € per person per day; children under 14 years of age are exempted)
  • Children: Child discounts and reduction for 3rd person only in parents’ room. You can find the reduced children’s prices in our online price list. When booking online, the age-based prices for children are calculated automatically.
  • Arrival: On the day of arrival, we will make your holiday accommodation available to you from 2:00 pm. All booked services such as the Ganis 3/4 Board Plus+ etc. also are valid from 14:00.
  • Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00 am. The Ganis 3/4 Board Plus+ and all other services are also no longer valid after 11:00 am.
  • Parking: Parking at the Hotel is free of charge for our guests. For a reserved parking space in our underground garage, we charge € 8,00 per day.
  • Dogs: You are welcome to bring your pet with you for a surcharge of € 20.00 per day (without food); however, we ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the sauna and spa area nor in the dining room. You can find more information about your holiday with dogs here.
  • Packages: Only one price advantage (package) can be applied per holiday week.
  • Breakfast on the day of arrival: € 25 per person

Cancellation policy

Standard Rate

Our guests do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation until 8 days before the day of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure: 100% of the agreed total price up to max. 3 days
  • In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for every day not used.

 

For the periods from 22.12.20 to 06.01.21, from 13.02.21 to 21.02.21 and from 03.08.21 to 31.08.21, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation until 29 days before the day of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 28 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure: 100% of the agreed total price up to max. 3 days
  • In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for every day not used.

Important: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are partially or fully re-rented.

 

Not Refundable

These rates are non-refundable. The total amount must be paid immediately by credit card at the time of booking

COVID-19 special cancellation conditions

All bookings already made and future bookings within the winter season 2020/21 can be postponed or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival if you are unable to reach us due to official COVID-19 restrictions or if quarantine has been made compulsory when you return home. Exceptions to this rule are the periods from 03.08.21 to 31.08.21 and from 03.10.21 to 10.10.21, in which case free cancellation is only possible at least 28 days before arrival.

If a deposit has already been paid, it will be converted into a voucher which will not expire and can be redeemed at any later date. Upon request, we will of course also refund your deposit within 3 working days.

If, prior to arrival or during your stay in our hotel, a compulsory quarantine is imposed by your home country when returning from Italian territory or the region of South Tyrol, you can cancel your arrival or leave the hotel earlier without cancellation fees or additional costs. These special conditions only apply in the case of official and valid measures imposed by your home country.
