Let us assume that you have a good breakfast at the rich buffet at Ganischgerhof before you go hiking, biking or skiing in the Latemar area and reach the Gardoné at lunchtime. There, you can not resist the temptation of prawns served on a hot stone, or freshly tartare made from Klaus or a T-bone steak. On the way back, when you pass the Ganischgeralm there is the legendary veal knuckle or a plate of spaghetti with what Klaus says is “the best Bolognese sauce in the area”. Back in Platzl, you can still taste a pizza from the wood oven. And because such a day outside is exhausting, reward yourself in the hotel with the 5-course gourmet menu in the evening. Ganischgerhof Mountain Resort & SPA

Our kitchen in the Gourmet hotel Ganischgerhof Mountain Resort & SPA is open all day long for our guests: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

From 07:30 am until 11 am let our guests start the day with a gourmet breakfast buffet with many locals and organic products.

From 7 pm until 9 pm we spoil our guests with our 5-course gourmet menu. You can decide what you prefer at the table.

From 11 am until 7 pm there is the small menu with many delicious selections.

Decide for yourself where you would like to enjoy the delicacies: in our dining room with a wonderful view of the Rosengarden, in our cozy lounge, in the SPA & Garden Bar, in our fireplace lounge, on our panoramic terrace or directly in your room.

 

If you are in the Latemar area during the day, you can also use your Ganis ¾ Board Plus + in our three restaurants (Platzl Mountain Lounge, Ganischgeralm and Baita Gardoné).

Gardoné – Predazzo

In line with the Baita Gardoné style, a hot stone fiorentina accompanied by a good glass of wine is just right. Enjoy the view of the Lagorai.

A light and tasty aperitif with grilled prawns and a glass of Bruno Paillard champagne are a good alternative to enjoy the day on the sun terrace.

 

Ganischgeralm – Pampeago

The highest beer garden in the Dolomites would be nothing without its hearty veal knuckle on skewers with crispy potatoes and a measure of original Forst beer.

To top off the day, of course, the hearty apricot and plum dumplings are also included.
