1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are calculated by kg and vary according to the country. We ship to Germany and Austria starting at 11 € for packages up to 2 kg. In Italy mainland we ship from € 7.50 for up to 2 kg. From 100€ the shipping is 100% free and we take over the costs.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically by the shopping cart based on the weight. All our products are shipped directly from South Tyrol via our courier. We pass on the shipping costs 1:1. Unfortunately, we cannot compete with the big players like Amazon (who of course have completely different conditions with the couriers) in this area and hope for your understanding. But in return we offer great quality products from the Ganis in South Tyrol.

1.2 Delivery area

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Germany, Italy, Austria – delivery 5-7 working days – free shipping from 100€.
• Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, – delivery 5-7 working days – free shipping from 130€.

Orders can, of course, be placed from any country in the world, in which case delivery and applicable shipping costs must be checked individually.

1.3 Delivery

The ordered goods are normally delivered to the recipient within the specified delivery time after receipt of payment. Our shipping partners are leading logistics companies worldwide. On Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, there is generally no delivery. We will inform you immediately in case of delivery delays or delivery problems.

1.4 Logistics partner

We deliver with our logistics partner Omest (DHL, dpd, GLS) directly to the delivery address you specify. You can monitor the delivery by means of tracking. You will be informed of the tracking number after the shipment has been made.

1.5 Delivery reservation

In the event of unavailability of the goods, we are not obliged to deliver. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and refund any payments you have already made without delay. In the case of special offers, we can only deliver while stocks last. We are generally entitled to make partial deliveries.

1.6 Incomplete / defective delivery

If you find that your ordered goods are incomplete or that you have ordered a different item, please contact us by e-mail: shop@ganischger.com. Please notify us so that we can have an incorrect delivery picked up by our logistics partner. If you would like to return the package yourself, please send it back to us as a standard postal package. We will then reimburse you for the costs incurred. Please make absolutely sure that you receive an undamaged parcel from the carrier. If you wish to accept an only slightly damaged parcel, please write the note “with reservation” on the acceptance slip. Without this note, the acceptance of an opened or damaged parcel is tacitly deemed to be a proper delivery.

1.7 Order acceptance

The presentation of the products in the Ganis Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the “Send order” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of your order together with the order acceptance will be sent immediately by an automated e-mail after the order has been submitted. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded. The prices charged are those that were valid on the day of the order.

1.8 Prices

All our prices include the legal value added tax. You will receive an invoice for the ordered products from us, whereby the ordered products remain our property until full payment has been made.

1.9 Accounting

Our invoices are issued in euros (€).

2. Payment

We offer the following methods of payment:

2.1 Directly on site (for pick-up)

Pick up quickly and conveniently directly at our reception at the Ganischgerhof in Nova Ponente in the Eggental Valley.

• We accept cash payment
• Payment by credit card (EC, Visa & Mastercard)
• Payment directly with your hotel bill

2.2 PayPal (credit card via PayPal)

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases easily and quickly.
